Stay Fit During Your Brazil Holiday - Part 2

Stay fit while traveling with just a few tricks
Today, I would like to show you how you can stay active and healthy with little effort and without much additional luggage during your Brazil trip. Without the gym around the corner or the usual jogging route, there is often a lack of creativity and motivation to take a sports session a few times a week. So how do you stay fit?
Of course, I don't mainly do sports myself when I travel. After all, you want to experience something new and relax. However, especially on tours lasting several weeks, I have made the experience that regular exercise contributes significantly to the recreational value. That's why I have summarized six tips for you today, that will help you to stay fit and healthy during your vacation in Brazil.
1. Walk, walk and walk again. It is often the little things that add up in the end. You see more of the new destination, discover interesting corners and move around in the fresh air. Distances between ten and twenty kilometers are quickly covered, even though you have "only" walked. The situation is similar in buildings: instead of using the elevator, simply use the stairs to get to the viewing platform or your hotel room.
2. You always wanted to surf, climb, snorkel or swim under a waterfall? Then let's go. There are numerous opportunities doing this on a round trip through Brazil. By trying out new sports, you train your body on the side and make sure that new incentives for movement are set. Believe me, the next day you will feel muscles you didn't even know you had.
3. Dance your soul out of your body. I firmly believe that I lost most of my calories on the road while partying. Provided you don't overdo it with the very sugary caipirinhas and beer. Really! Imagine being at the club at nine o'clock and then dancing, with breaks of course, until two o'clock at night. After all, that's about four hours of exercise, which is a lot of fun, especially with the Brazilian rhythms. So dance! The longer and more exuberant, the better.
4. Maybe you have heard of HIT? It stands for High-Intensity Training and is more or less a form of classical circuit training. The HIT-workout is perfect for vacations because you don't have to spend much time and you don't need any equipment. Although it requires daily effort, it can be done anywhere and you will quickly achieve your first successes. A seven-minute workout in the morning not only makes you sweat, but also catapults you into the day full of energy.
5. Even if you are in a foreign city, a short round of jogging is possible everywhere. There is always room in your suitcase for running shoes. And what better way to start the day than with a little running session on the beach? Take a deep breath, enjoy the first sun rays and experience nature as intensively as possible. In particularly hot areas it is recommended to do your running training early in the morning or in the evening, but not in the blazing midday heat.
6. If you prefer fast endurance units, I recommend packing a standard skipping rope with you. Small packing size, light and cheap and just ten minutes of jumping will make you sweat a lot. Besides endurance, coordination and jumping power, skipping also trains the stomach, legs and booty.
I'm sure these tips will help you to stay active during your Brazil vacation. But remember: You are on vacation and should relax and not train until your muscles fail. Take care of your body, because it is your most important asset, even before your luggage.
