The Amazon Premium Lodge was inaugurated in 2020 and is located approximately 70 kilometers southeast of Manaus. Surrounded by the dense rainforest and the impressive biodiversity of the Amazon, it is an ideal place for anyone wanting to experience the pristine Amazon region in an authentic way. The lodge was built with great respect for nature and the local communities. On daily excursions into this unique natural environment, experienced English-speaking guides showcase the beauty and special features of the rainforest.
Arrival at the Amazon Premium Lodge:
Pick-up for the transfer to the lodge, which is divided into several stages and accompanied by a guide, takes place between 7:30am (for those getting picked up at Manaus Airport) and 8:00am (for those getting picked up from hotels in the historic center of Manaus).
First, the transfer takes you to the Ceasa river port, where you will board a speedboat. During the crossing, you can observe the confluence of the Rio Negro and Rio Solimões rivers, which flow side by side for kilometers before merging to form the Amazon River.
On the other side, in Careiro da Várzea, the next transfer awaits, taking guests onward to the Mamori River. Along this stretch, there's often an opportunity to stop and photograph the giant Amazon water lily, Vitória regia. The final leg of the approximately 3.5-hour transfer back to the lodge is again by speedboat, offering further opportunities to soak up the atmosphere and, with a bit of luck, spot some wildlife such as monkeys or river dolphins.
For arrivals at Manaus airport before 1:00 PM, this transfer can also be arranged in the afternoon.
Return to Manaus: The transfer back to Manaus follows the same route in reverse and can be arranged in the morning after breakfast or in the afternoon after lunch.
The eight bungalows at Amazon Premium Lodge are divided into Luxury Bungalows and Premium Bungalows. All bungalows feature air conditioning, a private bathroom with a hot shower, a private veranda with a hammock, and views of the Amazon rainforest.
All room categories offer single or double beds. Colors, materials, and decorations have been carefully chosen to reflect the diversity and magic of the rainforest. The Luxury Bungalows are built of stone, while the Premium Bungalows are constructed of wood. The Premium Bungalows also include a spacious loft with an additional balcony.

Uakari Lodge is about a one-hour flight west of Manaus in the Brazilian Amazon region. The local airport in Tefe is 1.5 hours away from the Mamiraua Reserve, where Uakari Lodge is located. This last part of the transfer is made by boat. The 4-day package runs from: Saturday - Tuesday. The 5-day package runs from: Tuesday - Saturday. The 8-day package runs from: Tuesday - Tuesday or Saturday - Saturday.
