Manaus is the capital of the state Amazonas and is located between the rivers Rio Negro and Amazon. The temperature spans between approximately 22 and 33 degrees Celsius. The lowest rainfall and the most sunshine hours you can expect in the Brazilian winter (June-August). From December to April an umbrella is also recommended.
